Booking and enquiry information
When you send a table request, private-event enquiry or general message, the website stores the name, contact details and the information you provide. For bookings and events this can include the requested date and time, party or guest count, event type, notes and requirements. Authorised restaurant staff use that information to review the request, reply and manage the reservation, event discussion or customer question. A table or event is not confirmed until the restaurant replies.
For table requests, the website also stores the current booking status, any customer request to change or cancel it, and any message the restaurant chooses to share with you. A change or cancellation request does not alter the booking automatically; authorised staff review it first. The website keeps a basic history of attempted service emails for bookings, events and general enquiries. If email delivery is enabled, a specialist transactional-email provider processes the recipient address and message only to deliver those updates. You can check or request a change to a table request online only by providing both its reference and the email address used to make it.
To protect these forms from spam and repeated guessing, the website temporarily stores a one-way technical fingerprint based on connection information and browser identification. It is used only for short-term rate limiting and old entries are removed automatically.
Website administration
The protected restaurant workspace uses sign-in information to limit access and records basic change history, including the signed-in administrator’s email address. Essential authentication technology may be used to keep that workspace secure. The public restaurant pages do not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and enquiry messages only as long as reasonably needed to manage the request, provide the service, resolve issues and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Links to other services
Links for maps, reviews, telephone calls and email take you to services run by other organisations. Their own privacy terms apply when you use them.
